How Ekjahan processes, dispatches and delivers your order — serviceable areas, timelines, charges and handover.
Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders from Ekjahan Enterprises (website and mobile application) are processed and delivered. Ekjahan primarily fulfils orders through its dealer network and trusted local transport partners.
As this is an offline-first delivery model, most consignments are coordinated directly with you rather than tracked online — see “Tracking” below.
Serviceable Areas
We deliver across India, with fastest service in Madhya Pradesh and regions covered by our dealer/distributor network. For bulk and project orders we dispatch pan-India via freight/transport partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and offer a full refund or an alternate arrangement.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after the order is confirmed (and, for offline orders, after payment is verified). Orders typically move to dispatch within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Bulk/project orders may take longer and will be scheduled with you.

Local (within MP)
Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
Metro / nearby states
Typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
Rest of India / bulk freight
Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges (where applicable) depend on order value, weight/ volume, and destination, and are shown or communicated before the order is confirmed. Bulk orders are quoted with freight separately.
- Local deliveries within the dealer network may be free or nominally charged.
- Outstation / freight charges are shared before you confirm the order.
- For eligible orders above a threshold, delivery may be complimentary (as indicated at checkout).
Tracking & Handover
Local delivery — coordinated directly
As deliveries are handled by our local transport partners, there is no online parcel tracking. Our team coordinates the handover with you on your registered phone number and keeps you updated by email at each order stage (confirmed → packed → in transit → delivered).
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the goods are broken, note it with the delivery person and report it to us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control — weather, transport strikes, regional restrictions, or force-majeure events. We will keep you informed of any material delay.
