- Physical damage, misuse, or abuse
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from voltage fluctuations or lightning
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Commercial/industrial use (residential warranty only)
- Products without valid purchase proof

Our team will evaluate your claim within 3-5 business days. You may be asked to send the product to our service center or allow an on-site inspection.
Step 4: Resolution
Repair
Fix the defective product at no cost
Replace
Provide a replacement of equal or higher value
Refund
In rare cases, issue a refund for the product value
Product Registration
Keep the warranty card supplied with your product along with your proof of purchase. Warranty duration and coverage are as stated on the warranty card for each product. Registering your purchase with us helps us assist you faster if you ever need warranty support.
Important Notice
Products must be installed by a licensed electrician for warranty to be valid. Keep your installation receipt as proof.
