- Physical damage, misuse, or abuse
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from voltage fluctuations or lightning
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Commercial/industrial use (residential warranty only)
- Products without valid purchase proof
Step 1: Gather Documentation
Before initiating a claim, please have the following ready:
- Original purchase invoice or bill
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- Clear photos of the defective product
- Description of the issue

Extended Warranty Registration
SAPTAAR switches and sockets come with a base 10-year warranty. Register your product online within 30 days of purchase to extend coverage by an additional 2 years.
Important Notice
Products must be installed by a licensed electrician for warranty to be valid. Keep your installation receipt as proof.
