Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Ekjahan Enterprises through our website and mobile application. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use; where a conflict concerns a purchase, these Terms of Sale prevail.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate.

We aim to describe products, specifications and images as accurately as possible. Ratings, dimensions and finishes are indicative; the actual product supplied is as identified on your tax invoice. We may update or discontinue products without notice. Colours may vary slightly on screen.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices may change without notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed on your order.
• Distributor / bulk / box pricing applies as shown at the time of order.
• In case of a manifest pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged as applicable under Indian law. Whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of GST is indicated at the time of order. A GST-compliant tax invoice — showing our GSTIN and the applicable tax — is issued for every order. Input-credit invoices for registered businesses are available on request with your GSTIN.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not by itself constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order for processing (or dispatch it).

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of any amount paid — for reasons including unavailability of stock, a pricing/ description error, suspected fraud or misuse, or a delivery location we cannot service.

Accepted payment methods are shown at the time of order. Currently orders are confirmed on verification of payment made via the offered offline methods (e.g. UPI / bank transfer); online card/UPI gateway payments are being rolled out.

We do not store full card numbers; online payments, once live, are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Reward coins, where offered, may be earned and redeemed as per our rewards program rules and applicable per-order limits. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and any coins redeemed on a cancelled or refunded order are credited back to your account.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, cancellations and refunds by our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and product defects by our Warranty Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
